How to connect Google Drive to GreenSpacePro

With the GreenSpacePro integration for Google Drive you can easily attach files to tasks and locations in GreenSpacePro from Google Drive.

To attach a file from Google Drive to a GreenSpacePro Task, click on the file box for a task in a project. The attach file window will appear. Select Add from Google Drive.

To attach a file from Google Drive to a GreenSpacePro Location, click on one of the plus icons on a location's page . The attach file window will appear. Select Add from Google Drive.

If this is the first time you are attaching a file from Google Drive, you will have to sign in to Google Drive to authenticate your account.

Once you have signed into Google Drive, browse and select the file in Google Drive that you want to attach to your GreenSpacePro task or location.

Once you attach a Google Drive file it will appear in GreenSpacePro as a link to the actual file in Google Drive.

NOTES:

  • You can only connect one company or personal Google Drive account to GreenSpacePro at a time. 
  • You can disconnect your Google Drive account from GreenSpacePro in your GreenSpacePro Settings window. 
  • If you set access permissions or a password to a file in Google Drive, users in GreenSpacePro will need your Google Drive file permission or file password to access the file.
