With the Greenspace integration for Microsoft OneDrive you can easily attach files to tasks and locations in Greenspace from Microsoft OneDrive.
To attach a file from Microsoft OneDrive to a Greenspace Task, click on the file box for a task in a project. The attach file window will appear. Select Add from OneDrive.
To attach a file from Microsoft OneDrive to a Greenspace Location, click on one of the plus icons on a location's page . The attach file window will appear. Select Add from OneDrive.
If this is the first time you are attaching a file from Microsoft OneDrive, you will have to sign in to Microsoft OneDrive to authenticate your account.
Once you have signed into Microsoft OneDrive, browse and select the file in Microsoft OneDrive that you want to attach to your Greenspace task or location.
Once you attach a Microsoft OneDrive file it will appear in Greenspace as a link to the actual file in OneDrive.
- You can only connect one company or personal Microsoft OneDrive account to Greenspace at a time.
- You can disconnect your Microsoft OneDrive account from Greenspace in your Greenspace Settings window.
- If you set access permissions or a password to a file in Microsoft OneDrive, users in Greenspace will need your Microsoft OneDrive file permission or file password to access the file.
